Prices are per room per night for two people including breakfast. One night stays accepted on weekdays

Suitable for almost any celebration: anniversary, birthday, marriage or even divorce (bring the other woman/man!)

Two nights in a ROUND bed, a WATER bed or a GOTHIC IRON extravaganza - satin sheets, vintage champagne, a wicked bowl of fruit and some little romantic touches to ensure you remember your stay at Bradford Old Windmill. On the first morning, breakfast can be a lazy late affair.

Minimum two nights - add £50 per night to prices above. Any additional nights at daily room rate

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unlike large hotels which sometimes seem to specialise in overbooking, we are a small B&B and do not. Cancellations when they occasionally occur are therefore a serious matter for us. Once your booking has been confirmed with a deposit or credit card details we are legally bound to provide the accommodation described in our letter/fax or conversation and you are legally bound to pay for it. In the unlikely event of your cancelling all or part of your stay with us for any reason, you are still responsible for most of the remaining balance. You may therefore like to consider travel insurance and we can provide a proposal form if required.

It is in your interests to let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel all or part of your stay as we only make a handling charge of £5 per room per night for any accommodation we manage to relet for the full rate, and clearly the more time we have to do this, the more success we are likely to have. If we are unable to re-let all or part of the accommodation cancelled we will expect you to pay the cost of the accommodation less £20 per room per day (double occupancy) or £10 when single occupancy was booked. If any of these amounts are less than the deposit you paid we will refund the difference
