Sorry but we are now closed until March 1st 2009 - read on for bookings next year!
We are unable to finalise which dates we will be open next year until January and what the prices will be. If you would like to reserve a room for a date on or after after March 1st next year, we will hold it for you until January. We will then telephone or e-mail you to confirm whether or not the room will be available and what the price will be. If it is available, and you still want to stay, we will ask you to confirm the booking by paying a deposit - usually one nights cost or 50% of total - whichever is greater. Please bear in mind that there is a small chance that it may not be available. For provisional availability in 2008 click on the availability button beside the room you are interested in. CANCELLATION
POLICY
Unlike large hotels which sometimes seem to specialise in overbooking, we are a small B&B and do not. Cancellations when they occasionally occur are therefore a serious matter for us. Once your booking has been confirmed with a deposit or credit card details we are legally bound to provide the accommodation described in our letter/fax or conversation and you are legally bound to pay for it. In the unlikely event of your cancelling all or part of your stay with us for any reason, you are still responsible for most of the remaining balance. You may therefore like to consider travel insurance and we can provide a proposal form if required.
It is in your interests to let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel all or part of your stay as we only make a handling charge of £5 per room per night for any accommodation we manage to relet for the full rate, and clearly the more time we have to do this, the more success we are likely to have. If we are unable to re-let all or part of the accommodation cancelled we will expect you to pay the cost of the accommodation less £20 per room per day (double occupancy) or £10 when single occupancy was booked. If any of these amounts are less than the deposit you paid we will refund the difference
